About Me

My name is Raquel Pimentel and I am the owner of Plant-Based Mami Juices!  

Since 2014, I have been on a plant-based healing journey. I've been able to get off of prescription and OTC medications. I no longer deal with allergies. My skin has finally cleared after dealing with acne all throughout jr. high, high school, and college.

I've experienced so many more benefits like natural energy, better sleep, and a strong immune system.

I naturally began to share all about the benefits of having a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, but I realized that wasn't enough to get people to move. I needed to create something for my community so they can realize that healthy does not have to be complicated and it can taste good too! It can be as simple as drinking a fresh juice on an empty stomach once a day.

In 2017, I launched Plant-Based Mami Juices with a menu of over 20 colorful and delicious juices to serve and nourish my friends and family in Ventura County.

Why should you drink more real juice?

Fruit juices aren't just delicious, but extremely cleansing for the body. They naturally reactivate our body's ability to heal.

Many of us struggle with consuming the recommended servings of fruits and veggies. Getting our daily servings in the form of a juice can be more convenient for those who are on the go, and more fun too for the picky eaters out there.

When we drink juice, our digestive system gets a chance to take a break. Our digestive system is constantly working to break down the foods we eat. In order to heal and work properly, it must rest. Drinking juice on an empty stomach daily, participating in juice cleanses 4 times a year, and not eating late at night all assist in allowing our gut to rest. Our body will then better absorb nutrients from the juices and healthy foods we eat and we will begin to feel more vibrant!
